I sometimes take Marley, a long haired Jack Russell out for a walk down the park and took this photo of him, sat on a bench looking rather thoughtful…. he was probably wondering how he could get me to give him another treat!

This is such an amazing photo of Sheppie, I decided it deserved a post all of it’s own. While playing with Sheppie and his tennis ball, throwing it for him to catch I managed to land the ball in a tree which leans at an angle and has low branches. The local children love climbing it, little did I expect Sheppie would climb the tree and make himself at home! He climbed by himself, unaided and under his own initiative. No Border Collie’s were harmed… one owner was left a bit surprised and shocked.

Photoshop isn’t one of my strong points, at some point I plan on learning a lot more about Photoshop so I’ve been collecting online tutorials to so I decided to share them. When I was younger I was heavily into Advanced Dungeons and Dragons, I think this is why fantasy photoshop images of dragons, wizards, magic and sorcery appeal to me so much.

I thought I’d start the tutorials off with a selection of fantasy and magic style effects in photoshop.

For various reasons, I was awake at 4am and decided that Sheppie and I should go down to Lowndes Park and watch the sunrise… It was beautiful, the park and most of Chesham, quiet apart from birds singing. Ironically the best view of the sunrise was from my lounge window!

Anyway here they are:

Photography is one of my creative outlets, I’ve been secretly experimenting with various options and then decided on just using the WordPress Gallery shortcode to keep it simple.
